Every year, during high school and college entrance exams, news of impersonation and cheating emerges. Some people forge IDs, some disguise themselves, and some even make silicone fingerprint covers. How can we stop these cheating methods?

Currently, many exams rely mainly on facial recognition. But faces have a natural weakness – they are almost "open-source data." Your face is everywhere: on social media, street cameras, security checkpoints – easily captured and copied. AI face-swapping and 3D-printed masks are no longer new. Relying solely on facial recognition leaves security gaps.

So what about adding fingerprints?

Even if a cheater obtains a candidate's fingerprint data and customizes a silicone cover, they cannot simulate life signals – the fake would be caught on the spot.

Facial recognition works well for quick initial screening, while fingerprint serves as the ultimate confirmation. The combination adds a physical-level defense for exam fairness.
